How a 3D Vacuum Sublimation Machine Works
- Print the design — Print on sublimation paper using sublimation inks, mirrored

- Load into the machine — Place the wrapped object inside the vacuum chamber. Multiple objects can be processed simultaneously depending on the machine capacity
- Set parameters — Set temperature (typically 180°C–200°C) and time (typically 180–300 seconds depending on the substrate)
- Close and activate — Close the lid and start the cycle. The machine heats while simultaneously drawing a vacuum that presses the sublimation film tightly against all surfaces of the 3D object
- Release and unwrap — After the cycle, the vacuum releases, the machine opens, and the finished object is removed. Peel the paper immediately
